There are eligibility criteria for basic registration, state/central registration. So which criteria does your business fulfills will make you eligible for that license.
All the necessary documents are required to be submitted for further process.
Then all the details will be filled on the basis of documents submitted and your account will get activated.
After filling the application, a reference number will be shared with you which will help you track your application.
After receiving your application, the authorities will conduct an inspection. After getting satisfied they will forward the report and then the license will be issued by the authority.

Any changes made in the license certificate (Form C) shall apply for a modification of license with the fee equivalent to a one-year license fee. There will not be any charges for the modification of non-form C details.
All FBOs including medical stores have to get FSSAI license/ registration.
The application can be rejected by the licensing officer when the required information is not provided within the stipulated time for 30 days.
For renewal of the license FBO must apply within 30 days of the expiry of the existing license.
FSSAI license for food premises under railways are issued by the Railways Designated Officers/ FSO notified by Food Authority from time to time.
